The Borough of Longport has entered into a Shared Services Agreement with the City of Margate City for Municipal Court Services. Effective May 1, 2021, matters pertaining to the Longport Municipal Court will be handled by the City of Margate City Municipal Court.

There are variety of ways to communicate and receive communications with the Borough of Longport. Each method is described below with the sign-up form if one is needed.
CODE RED is used to notify you in the event of emergency situations or critical community alerts. Examples include: evacuation notices, bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and flood reports by phone, text messages and email.
All residents are encourage to sign up for Code RED which is an emergency notification system which the Borough has recently implemented. Click on the logo below and enter the information requested. In the event of closings and/or emergencies, you will be notify via email, text and cell phone. If you know of any resident who does not have access to the internet, you are requested to either assist them or have them contact 609-823-2731, x100 or 114 for assistance.

Register to receive Longport e-News
